Cabinet’s Grants Advisory and TAC Services teams are led by Jourdan Sabapathy.

In July 2017, Jourdan started his career at the Security Association Singapore (“SAS”), the leading Trade Association for the Security Industry, and as part of his Cabinet responsibilities, currently sits as its Executive Director. He moved on in March 2021 to serve as the CEO of LEACOV Singapore Pte Ltd, one of the largest security training organisations, before re-joining SAS in January 2023.

He has also served as a member of the Video Analytics Technical Reference Committee and is an existing member of the Workplace Safety and Health Council’s Facilities Management Committee.

Jourdan holds an honours degree in Tourism and Hospitality from the University of Sunderland.
